Barnet Panthers faced Kick Action in their first game of 2024 in a spirited game at St James’ School.

The girls were locked in battle in the first half as they neutralised themselves playing some excellent end to end football with Kiara coming closest to breaking the deadlock – hitting the post

With the game locked at 0-0 at half time, Kick Action came out of the traps quicker scoring an early goal but Panthers did not let their heads drop – still playing some quality football. 

A second excellently taken goal direct from a free kick saw Kick Action double their lead. Panthers battled hard but could not get the goal to get them back in the game

In the end, not the result the girls wanted but they could be proud for the way they pushed a very good Kick Action team all the way to the end
