About Panthers

Barnet Panthers was formed in Spring 2022 after a group of parents looking for alternative football options for their daughters approached three coaches and asked them to set up a new team.

The club was founded on the basis of providing a safe and supportive, fun, nurturing environment for girls to play and enjoy football, and enable their development both on and off the pitch.

It is inclusive with a strong focus on embracing and supporting the community, with parent involvement being key.

Community

Barnet Panthers are very active in the community, regularly delivering football to girls at local Barnet schools’ PE and after-school clubs.

Thee club was also involved in organising a Euro 2022 schools football tournament with Brentford FC involving over 30 teams, including three clubs from Denmark over for Womens Euro 2022, and also invited a number of local Barnet schools who normally would not be in the catchment area for the Premier League Club’s community activities
